Rose-Inspired Sorbets

The carefree essence of summer is infused into Le Meridien Hotels & Resorts' first-ever rose sorbet, which was created in collaboration with social media chef and tastemaker Meredith Hayden. This rose-infused sorbet was inspired by Whispering Angel rose, and it's said to be best enjoyed in the sun, ideally at golden hour.
Another inspiration for this treat was the decadence of caviar ice baths and the cocktail sidecar, and it's served in a custom-designed Sorbet Sidecar, seated next to a stemless wine glass filled with rose for sipping.
This refreshing and exclusive summer treat can be enjoyed at more than 30 Le Meridien properties around the world, including Le Meridien Salt Lake City Downtown and Le Meridien Melbourne. This sorbet debut is part of the brand's year-round signature Le Scoop offering.
